Amazon Connect, end to end
From the first architecture decision through to the ongoing tuning that keeps the platform efficient.
Architecture & Implementation
Instance design, routing profiles, queues, hours of operation, security profiles, identity integration, and the telephony model — built to scale past the first go-live.
Legacy Migration
Moving off Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, or an on-premise stack with a migration plan that sequences by queue, journey, or business unit so risk stays contained.
Contact Flows & Routing
Maintainable contact flows, attribute-driven routing, queue strategy, callback, and overflow logic that operations teams can reason about.
Integrations
CRM, ticketing, order systems, data platforms, and custom services connected through Lambda and APIs — with error handling that fails safely.
AI & Self-Service
Amazon Lex bots, Amazon Bedrock-backed experiences, Contact Lens, and agent assist wired into the flows where they measurably help.
Analytics & Optimization
Reporting, Contact Lens insight, cost analysis, and performance tuning — turning platform telemetry into operational decisions.

How we deliver Amazon Connect work
- 1
Design
Requirements, architecture, integration design, and a security model agreed before anything is built.
- 2
Build
Iterative delivery in a non-production instance with your team reviewing flows and integrations as they land.
- 3
Migrate
Phased cutover with pilot groups, rollback plans, and parallel running where the risk profile calls for it.
- 4
Optimize
Post-launch tuning of routing, self-service containment, AI performance, and platform cost.
Frequently asked questions
Can you take over an existing Amazon Connect instance?
Yes. A large share of our work starts with an instance somebody else built. We review the architecture, flows, integrations, security model, and cost profile, then give you a prioritized list of what to fix, what to leave, and what to rebuild.
How do you approach migrating from a legacy platform?
We sequence migrations by business unit, queue, or journey rather than attempting a single cutover. That keeps the blast radius small, gives you real production feedback early, and means a problem affects one group rather than the whole operation.
Do you handle the AWS infrastructure around Connect as well?
Yes. Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis, CloudWatch, and the surrounding services are part of most Connect builds. We deliver them as infrastructure as code so the environment is reproducible rather than hand-assembled.
